特定商取引に関する法律（昭和51年法律第57号）第11条の規定に基づき、以下の通り表示します。本表記は同法の遵守と、お客様への透明性の確保を目的とします。 This disclosure is provided pursuant to Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), which requires Japanese e-commerce operators to publicly state the following information for the protection of customers.

価格は米ドル建ての定額です。日本国内のお客様には、決済時の為替レートにより日本円で請求され、消費税（10%）を申し受けます。国外のお客様には消費税は課されません。 Prices are flat and denominated in US dollars. Customers in Japan are billed in JPY at the exchange rate at checkout and charged 10% Japanese consumption tax (JCT); customers outside Japan are not charged JCT. |

お支払い確認後の日数です。燈伴は納品後60日間の文通（最大3回）および一年後の追補PDFを、燈縁は90日間の文通（最大4回）および一年後の追補PDFを含みます。 Calculated from confirmed payment. Tōhan includes 60 days of written correspondence (up to 3 exchanges) and an anniversary PDF update; Tōen includes 90 days (up to 4 exchanges) and an anniversary PDF update. |
| 返品・キャンセルReturns & Cancellation |
本サービスはお客様の個別情報に基づき、お一人のために作成されるカスタム品のため、納品後の返品・返金には応じかねます。お仕事開始前のキャンセルは可能ですが、すでに作業に着手している場合は、進捗に応じた費用をお支払いいただくことがあります。
Because each document is custom-prepared for a single individual based on their personal data, returns and refunds cannot be accepted after delivery. Cancellation before work has begun is possible; if work has commenced, a fee proportional to the progress made may apply.
納品物に不備があった場合は、お申し出により書き直しまたは修正を行います。詳細は 利用規約 をご参照ください。 If a delivered document is materially defective, we will revise or rewrite upon notification. See our Terms of Service for details. |

| お申し込みの有効期限Validity of Inquiry | お申し込み受領後、決済リンクをお送りしてから30日以内にお支払いがない場合、お申し込みは自動的に取り消されます。再度お申し込みいただくことは可能です。 If payment is not received within 30 days of the payment link being sent, the inquiry is automatically cancelled. You may submit a new inquiry at any time. |
