本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、ヴォルティ合同会社（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するサービス「燈（Tomoshibi）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくお客様（以下「利用者」といいます）には、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the service Tomoshibi (燈) ("Service") provided by Volti G.K. ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you ("User") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1.本サービスの内容Description of Service

本サービスは、利用者から提供された氏名、生年月日、出生時刻、出生地、性別（任意）等の情報に基づき、六つの伝統的体系（西洋占星術、ヴェーダ占星術、数秘術、ヒューマンデザイン／ジーンキー、四柱推命、タロット）を用いた自己理解のための文書を作成し、提供するものです。 The Service prepares and delivers self-understanding documents based on information provided by the User (name, date/time/place of birth, gender (optional), etc.), drawing on six independent traditions: Western astrology, Vedic astrology, numerology, Human Design/Gene Keys, BaZi, and Tarot.

本サービスは予言、医療助言、金融助言、法律助言を提供するものではありません。本サービスが提供する内容は、利用者が自己理解を深めるための参考情報であり、特定の決断や行動を指示するものではありません。 The Service does not provide prediction, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. Content delivered by the Service is reference material to support the User's self-understanding, not a directive for specific decisions or actions.

2.利用者の責任User Obligations

利用者は、本サービスのお申し込みに際し、正確かつ最新の情報を提供する責任を負います。誤った情報に基づいて作成された文書について、当社は責任を負いかねます。利用者は18歳以上であるか、保護者の同意を得ているものとします。 The User is responsible for providing accurate and current information when submitting an inquiry. We are not responsible for documents based on inaccurate information. The User must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent.

3.支払条件Payment

本サービスの料金は、各商品（燈伴・燈縁）について特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載のとおりです。価格は米ドル建ての定額です。日本国内のお客様には消費税（10%）を申し受けます。決済はStripe, Inc. を通じて処理されます。お支払い確認後に着手します。 Fees for each document (Tōhan and Tōen) are as stated in our Commercial Transactions Disclosure. Prices are flat and in US dollars; customers in Japan are additionally charged 10% Japanese consumption tax. Payment is processed via Stripe, Inc. Work begins once payment is confirmed.

4.納品とキャンセルDelivery & Cancellation

納品時期は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に記載のとおりです。本サービスはお客様の個別情報に基づき、お一人のために作成されるカスタム品のため、納品後の返品・返金には応じかねます。 Delivery timing is as stated in our Commercial Transactions Disclosure. As each document is custom-prepared for a single individual based on their personal data, returns and refunds cannot be accepted after delivery.

お仕事開始前のキャンセルは可能ですが、すでに作業に着手している場合、進捗に応じた費用をお支払いいただくことがあります。納品物に明らかな不備があった場合は、ご一報いただければ書き直しまたは修正を行います。 Cancellation before work has commenced is permitted. If work has commenced, a fee proportional to progress may apply. In cases of material defect in delivered documents, we will revise or rewrite upon notification.

5.知的財産権Intellectual Property

納品される文書は、利用者お一人のために作成されたものであり、利用者は私的使用の範囲で文書を保管、印刷、参照する権利を有します。 Each delivered document is prepared for a single User. The User has the right to retain, print, and reference the document for personal, non-commercial use.

利用者は、本サービスにより作成された文書を、商業目的での再配布、転売、第三者への譲渡、または公開（出版、SNSへの全文掲載等）を行わないものとします。 The User shall not commercially redistribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or publicly publish (including publication or full posting on social media) the documents created by the Service.

当社は、品質管理および将来の参考のため、納品物の匿名化されたコピー（個人を特定できる情報を削除したもの）を保持する権利を有します。 We reserve the right to retain anonymized copies of delivered documents (with all personally identifying information removed) for quality assurance and reference purposes.

6.禁止事項Prohibited Conduct

利用者は、以下の行為を行わないものとします： The User shall not:

• 虚偽の情報を提供することProvide false information
• 他者の個人情報を、その同意なくお申し込みに使用すること（贈答の場合を除く）Submit another person's personal information without their consent (except in cases of gifting)
• 本サービスの運営を妨害することInterfere with the operation of the Service
• 本サービスを違法または不適切な目的のために使用することUse the Service for unlawful or improper purposes

7.免責事項Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

本サービスは、利用者の自己理解のための参考情報を提供するものであり、医学的、法的、財務的、その他専門的な助言を構成するものではありません。利用者が本サービスの内容に基づいて行った決定または行動について、当社は責任を負いません。 The Service provides reference material for self-understanding and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. We are not liable for decisions or actions taken by the User based on the Service's content.

当社の損害賠償責任は、当該事案について利用者が当社に支払った料金の範囲を超えないものとします。当社は、間接損害、特別損害、結果的損害について責任を負いません。 Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to us for the relevant Service. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8.プライバシーPrivacy

利用者の個人情報の取扱いについては、別途定める プライバシー方針 をご参照ください。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、利用者は当該プライバシー方針に同意したものとみなします。 The handling of User personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the User is deemed to have consented to the Privacy Policy.

9.規約の変更Changes to Terms

当社は、法令の改正やサービスの変更に応じて、本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ウェブサイトに掲載してお知らせします。変更後の規約は、掲載日から効力を有します。 We may update these Terms in response to changes in law or in the Service. Material changes will be announced on this website. Updated Terms take effect on the date of posting.

10.準拠法および管轄Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約および本サービスの利用に関する一切の紛争については、日本法を準拠法とし、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
