ヴォルティ合同会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、提供するサービス「燈（Tomoshibi）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）における利用者の個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます）その他関連法令を遵守し、以下の通り適切に取り扱います。 Volti G.K. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the service Tomoshibi (燈) (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the personal information of users of the Service, in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan ("APPI") and related regulations.

1. 取得する個人情報 Information We Collect

本サービスにおいて、当社は以下の個人情報を取得します： In providing the Service, we collect the following categories of personal information:

• 氏名：文書の作成および納品のためFull name — required for document preparation and delivery
• 生年月日・出生時刻・出生地：六つの伝統に基づく計算のためDate, time, and place of birth — required for calculations across the six traditions
• 性別（任意）：四柱推命及び一部のヒューマンデザイン解釈の計算精度向上のためGender (optional) — used in BaZi and certain Human Design interpretations for calculation accuracy
• メールアドレス：お申し込みの確認、決済、納品の連絡のためEmail address — required for inquiry acknowledgment, payment, and delivery
• 決済情報：Stripe, Inc. により直接処理されます。当社はクレジットカード番号を保存しませんPayment information — processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers

2. 利用目的 Purpose of Use

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します： We use collected personal information solely for the following purposes:

• 本サービスの提供：お申し込みの受領、文書の作成、納品Provision of the Service — receiving inquiries, preparing documents, delivery
• お客様への連絡：確認、案内、必要に応じたお問い合わせへの返信Communication with you — confirmation, notification, and responses to inquiries
• 法令上の義務の履行：会計記録、税務申告等Compliance with legal obligations — accounting records, tax filings, etc.

当社は、お客様の個人情報をマーケティング目的、第三者への販売目的、行動ターゲティング広告のために利用することは一切ありません。 We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes, sale to third parties, or behavioral advertising under any circumstances.

3. 出生情報の特別な取扱い Special Treatment of Birth Data

生年月日、出生時刻、出生地、性別等の出生に関する情報は、本サービスの性質上、特に親密な情報であると当社は考えます。当社はこれらを以下の通り取り扱います： Information related to birth — date, time, place, gender — is, by the nature of the Service, particularly intimate. We treat it as follows:

• 保存時は暗号化（AES-256以上）Encrypted at rest (AES-256 or stronger)
• 第三者に共有・販売・開示することはありませんNever shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties
• 本サービスの提供以外の目的に使用しませんNever used for any purpose beyond providing the Service
• 納品後、お客様のご要望によりシステムから完全に削除しますDeleted entirely from our systems on request after delivery

4. 第三者への提供 Disclosure to Third Parties

当社は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供しません： We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• お客様の同意を得た場合With your consent
• 法令に基づく場合As required by law
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property
• 業務委託先（決済処理：Stripe, Inc.、メール配信、クラウドストレージ等）への、業務遂行に必要な範囲での開示。当社は委託先に対し、本方針と同等の保護義務を課しますTo service providers (payment processing: Stripe, Inc.; email delivery; cloud storage; etc.) to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. We require such providers to maintain confidentiality obligations equivalent to those in this Policy

5. 国外への移転 International Transfers

本サービスの提供のため、お客様の個人情報の一部は、業務委託先のサーバー所在地（米国を含む）に保管・処理される場合があります。当社は、移転先がGDPR、APPI等の関連法令に準じた適切な保護水準を有することを確認します。 In providing the Service, certain personal information may be stored or processed on servers located outside of Japan (including in the United States) operated by our service providers. We confirm that such destinations maintain appropriate protection standards consistent with GDPR, APPI, and other applicable regulations.

6. 保有期間 Retention Period

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間に限り、お客様の個人情報を保有します。納品完了後のデフォルト保持期間は12ヶ月とし、お客様のご要望があればこの期間内であってもいつでも削除します。会計法上必要な記録は7年間保持します（個人情報を含まない取引記録のみ）。 We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of use, or as required by law. The default retention period after delivery is 12 months, and we will delete data within this period upon your request. Accounting records required by law (containing only transaction information, not personal data) are retained for 7 years.

7. お客様の権利 Your Rights

お客様は、ご自身の個人情報について、以下の権利を有します： You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• 開示・確認の請求Right to access and confirm
• 訂正・追加・削除の請求Right to correction, addition, or deletion
• 利用停止の請求Right to request suspension of use
• 第三者提供の停止の請求Right to request cessation of disclosure to third parties

8. セキュリティ Security

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失、毀損を防止するため、適切な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。具体的には、保存時の暗号化、アクセス制御、定期的な監査、従業員への教育等を含みます。 We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. These measures include encryption at rest, access controls, regular audits, and employee training.

9. クッキー等の利用 Cookies and Similar Technologies

本サービスでは、ウェブサイトの基本機能に必要な範囲でのみクッキーを使用します。第三者による行動追跡クッキー、広告クッキー、分析クッキーは使用しません。 We use cookies only to the extent necessary for the basic functioning of the website. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.
